Electronic Cat Door

Using an electronic cat door will limit which animals can get in and out of your pet door.

If you have every other gadget in your house and 
have a cat as  a pet, you may want a door that is 
meant for cats that has a purpose of letting them out 
without you having to do it all the time.  What we 
are talking about is an electronic cat door.  

These types of pet doors have a flap that allows your 
cat to get to another room or to the great outdoors.  
This type of pet door can be found where pet supplies 
and products are available either on-line or at a 
retail store.  An on-line store will probably be 
cheaper since it will have no overhead costs.  

This cat flap offers a way for pet containment. That 
is to let one pet out and keep others in.  It also serves 
to keep animals from the outside out of the house to. 
 By using an electronic cat door, you can control 
which pet gets in and out.  You may be asking how 
does the magnetic flap know when and when not to 
open.

The way an electronic cat door knows which pet gets 
to go through is by a collar that contains a collar tag

door reads the chip as the wearer having permission 
to pass through the door.  You could also get one 
that is triggered by motion.  A motion one is best if 
you only have cats and are not concerned about any 
other animals coming into you house through the 
electronic cat door.

is.
