always think safety to.  

Always buy a cat collar for a cat.  Do not try and use 
a dog collar for in place of a cat collar.  Dog collars 
are not made to break apart in certain situations.  A 
cat collar is.  Cats like to get into really tight spots. 
Sometimes they get their designer cat collar stuck on 
something. In stead of the feline suffocating from 
being stuck.  The collar will break off.
